At least 5 years relevant post graduate experience.
Thorough understanding of adoptable highway and drainage design principles and procedures
Experienced in the detailed design of Infrastructure works
Experienced in alignment design and the use of Moss*PDS
Knowledge of pavement design*earthworks
Knowledge of WINDES and SUDS
Knowledge of project procurement and implementation procedures
Civil Engineering related Degree, BEng level minimum, or equivalent, e.g. HNC.
Chartered, or currently pursuing chartership (ICE)
MEng level degree
Clean UK driving license
Good team player within a multi-disciplinary environment, but able to work on own initiative and under pressure when necessary.
Good communicator at all levels, both verbally and in writing
Accuracy and attention to detail
Willing to learn and develop
Proficient in discussing technical issues in non-technical language.
Dealing with Clients.
Financially aware.
Ability to recognise new business opportunities.
